Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Jefferson County, Missouri. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Jefferson County, Missouri. The terms of this Agreement encompass the entirety of the agreement between parties regarding the subject matter. Your rights cannot be transferred or assigned. We can assign this Agreement without notice. If any term is deemed unenforceable, it will be adjusted to the extent allowed by law, and the other terms will remain in effect.
