Risk of Loss
All items are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the order is delivered to the carrier. We guarantee shipment to the address provided but are not responsible for loss or theft of packages after carrier delivery.

Coolstax reserves the right to edit, delete, or modify any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Placing an order signifies acceptance of the current Terms. Fraud

Failure by Coolstax to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not waive our right to enforce it later. No waiver shall be construed as a continuing waiver of subsequent breaches.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, with jurisdiction in the courts of Jefferson County, Missouri. If any term of this Agreement is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed as necessary while the remainder remains in effect.
