Coolstax Order Processing and Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Most orders ship within 5 business days after payment is verified. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number.

Shipping Methods and Rates

All standard orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are as follows:

• Domestic (United States): Flat rate of $5.99
• Canada: Flat rate of $19.99 USD

These rates include standard shipping and basic handling. Larger or heavier items may require upgraded shipping at our discretion, in which case you will be notified prior to shipment.

Delivery Guarantee

Coolstax guarantees that every order will be shipped and marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your order is not delivered as expected, please contact us for assistance.

Coolstax is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or misplaced afterward. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and monitored to prevent theft or loss after delivery.

Shipping Address Policy

The shipping address must match the billing address associated with your payment method. Orders with mismatched addresses may be canceled or delayed due to fraud prevention policies. No exceptions will be made.

Mystery Packs and Stacker Boxes

Stacker Boxes are typically shipped within 5 business days after payment is verified each month. Delays may occur due to holidays, unforeseen events, or scheduled vacations. If a delay occurs, you will be notified by email. The spot price used to calculate the metal content of your Stacker Box is locked on the day of shipping.

International Orders

Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Orders placed from outside these regions will be canceled and refunded.
