Coolstax Refund and Exchange Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to request a refund or exchange for a qualifying item, you have 14 days from the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier. Please wait for our instructions before returning any item to ensure proper processing.

Precious Metal Products

All precious metal products, including silver and gold bullion, coins, and rounds, are non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may replace any item that arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or significant issue not disclosed at the time of sale.

Non-Precious Metal Products

Non-precious metal products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. Any item showing signs of use or alteration may be refused.

Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, including packaging and postage. For items originally shipped under a “free shipping” offer, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds on Unshipped or Canceled Orders

If you cancel an order before processing or shipment, all associated transaction fees charged by the payment processor will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Evaluation

All refund and exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Coolstax reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or replacement request at our sole discretion.
