We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to request a refund or exchange for a qualifying item, you must do so within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier. Please wait for our instructions before returning any item to ensure proper processing.

Precious Metal Products

All precious metal products, including silver and gold bullion, coins, and rounds, are non refundable due to market volatility. Market price changes, buyer remorse, and normal manufacturing variations do not qualify as defects. In rare cases of a verified manufacturing defect or a significant issue not disclosed at the time of sale, we may offer a replacement.

Non Precious Metal Products

Non precious metal products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. Any item showing signs of use, alteration, or damage may be refused.

Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging and postage. Original shipping charges are non refundable. For items originally shipped under a free shipping offer, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund total. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Evaluation

All refund and exchange requests are reviewed based on the conditions outlined above. Requests that do not meet these criteria may be denied.
